Each day a new BURN is posted at 459 CrossFit, as part of a complete program designed to improve cardio and endurance.
The BURN can be scaled or adjusted to provide a suitable challenge for athletes at any level. Each class consists of multiple stations, so a workout generally takes about an 30 – 45 min, from start to finish. A typical class will consist of a warm-up, BURN workout, and a cool-down and stretch.
