HIIT

Each day a new HIIT is posted at 459 CrossFit, as part of a complete program designed to improve cardio and endurance.

Our 30-minute class is fast-paced and fun.  Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, and super sweaty!

HIIT fundamentals
  • High-intensity aerobic and anaerobic training
  • Improve endurance
  • Improve body coordination
  • Train in a group to get stronger
  • Always attended by a personal trainer
